We got The Saucy Fish Co. hooked on new line extensions, resulting in listings with four major retailers, worth £1.9m
The Saucy Fish Co. were keen to extend their portfolio into the frozen category but were unclear about the size of opportunity and the feasibility. We delivered an interactive workshop to explore the opportunities and threats behind their strategy. After discovering the gaps in the category from both a shopper and consumer perspective we were able to quantify each opportunity and it was clear there was a distinct role for the Saucy Fish Co.
Since the launch of Saucy Fish Co. frozen range they now have listings in Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Ocado and Amazon Fresh resulting in sales of £1.9m in the first year.
